Toxic Waste, or Brian Justin, as he is known in the GWF was the first ever UEF World Heavyweight Champion, a UEF Tag Team Champion, and one of the first members of its roster. He came onto the UEF scene at its beginning in 2003 and quickly formed the UEF’s first and only faction, the New Generation, with Jack Hammer. Together, they won the UEF Tag Team Championships. This union lasted almost until the end of the UEF, until Toxic broke Hammer’s neck in the middle of the ring. Toxic also served as the UEF’s General Manager in its twilight weeks.

However, while an excellent roleplayer, Toxic’s other great contribution lay outside the UEF ring. He was dedicated to the UEF and dedicated to making it a better place to roleplay. One key part that that Toxic played in the UEF was the creation of the UEF’s entrance videos. Toxic produced all of the UEF’s entrance videos and some of the music. Toxic remained faithful to the UEF until its dying day and currently wrestles in the GWF under the name, “Buzzsaw” Brian Justin.
