If you are applying for a staff position make sure you have experience as a staff member in an E-Fed

Open Positions:
VP - Duties will include helping Other staff members 
decide winners, may be asked to update the site 
occasionally, will act as a mediator / moderator on 
the boards, is #2 in command.  Can NOT fire people
but carries a lot of pull.

Commish - Duties include writing results, this is your 
MAIN duty.  Also you may be asked to be a moderator 
on some of the boards, also can NOT fire people but 
has a lot of pull.

All Staff positions are responsible for recruiting, input on 
story lines, deciding matches, and may get thrown into 
a match or two.  I expect staff members to be active and 
follow ALL the rules.  Set the example, you are leaders.  
Remember just because you are staff doesn't make you 
exempt from being fired.  I will show less sympathy with staff.
