He's the largest athlete to ever showcase his talents in World Wrestling Entertainment, a versatile performer renowned for his wit, charisma and ability almost as much as his size.

Since making his WWE debut in 1999, the 7-foot Big Show has been defeating his foes with an arena-rattling Chokeslam, and won the WWE Championship on multiple occasions.

Because of his size, Big Show initially aspired to a career in professional basketball, and attracted national attention while competing at Wichita State.

But Big Show has achieved the most fame in WWE, where he burst onto the scene at the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, literally breaking through the ring. Nine months later, he won the WWE Championship for the first time, defeating The Rock and Triple H in a Triple Threat Match. There's been no stopping him ever since, as Big Show has become one of the most dominant athletes to ever appear in a WWE ring.

During SmackDown! on April 15, 2004 Big Show vowed that he would quit if he did not defeat Eddie Guerrero. After subsequently losing the match, Show went on a rampage that included the destruction of Torrie Wilson's car, and throwing Kurt Angle off of a 25-foot ledge.

Big Show's return was marked with the bodies of several WWE Superstars during the Sept. 9th Lumberjack Match between Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrerro. Eight Superstars suffered chokeslams, Hardcore Holly, John Cena, Charlie Haas, Rene Dupree, Nunzio, Eddie Guererro, Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns. Spike Dudley was thrown from the ring over the top rope via a body press and was barely caught by his brothers.

The following week, Big Show was given his choice of opponents between Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrerro at No Mercy. Big Show first signed the contract to face Eddie Guerrerro, but tore it [the contract] up and signed the one to face Kurt Angle.

Kurt Angle retaliated the following SmackDown! by shooting Big Show with a tranquilizer gun and then shaving off his hair. Big Show gained back his self-respect after first breaking the tranquilizer gun in half and then chokeslamming Kurt through the ring canvas at No Mercy.

During some Thanksgiving festivities, as Big Show celebrated his favorite holiday by sharing a huge feast with Michael Cole, Tazz, Josh Mathews and Joy Giovanni, among others. But the spirited mood of the party quickly soured when an angry Luther Reigns arrived, shoved a pie in Joy’s face and triggered a massive food fight. Big Show tossed Reigns out of the ring and later enjoyed a laugh with Joy Giovanni after she pied him in the face.

Joy Giovanni has been at Big Show’s side ever since he rescued her from Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak and Kurt Angle when she turned him [Luther Reigns] down for a date in favor of a dinner date with Big Show. Big Show then demanded a match against Kurt Angle, Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns, a match that he dominated in after a Good Luck kiss from Joy Giovanni

Big Show gave JBL a taste of what he thought of him when he [JBL] had harsh words to say during Christmas In Iraq.

Recently when Kurt Angle was in Joy Giovanni’s locker room with his pants around his ankles, Joy Giovanni escaped in nothing more than a towel and went to Big Show, who gave Kurt a very painful open-handed chop in the ring.

Big Show then gave JBL and his ‘cabinate’ a reason to fear him after Joy Giovanni was found in the trunk of JBL’s limo. It was later learned that it had been Kurt Angle to do the deed, not JBL.

After an "apology" to Joy Giovanni, Kurt Angle attempted to leave the ring rather than face Big Show, but it turned out to be a trap when Kurt Angle and JBL attacked Big Show with the help of Luther Reigns, Orlando Jordan, Doug and Danny Basham, and Mark Jindrak. Using a steel chair and the ring stairs, Kurt Angle and JBL were lucky to cause Big Show injury, making the Triple Threat Match at the Royal Rumble a bit unclear.
