Trading & Selling Guidelines

1. Be truthful about the quality of your events whether they are on DVD or VHS 2. Be truthful if you can't send on the date we agreed on. I will almost always understand if something comes up. 3. When you buy, please understand that I am not selling the footage on to be recorded. You are paying for media, wear and tear on my VCR/DVD recorder/DVD burner, packaging, and shipping. 4. Always use name known, brand named media when recording. You can use any of the following: TDK, Sony, or Memorex. I use the same brands. If you are using something different, e-mail me and let me know. 5. Please ship first class! It's the fastest and cheapest way to ship. If you want to send priority, always feel free to. 6. Please do not write on the discs. Also, ALWAYS inlcude the labels. Just write what's on the tape on the BACK of the labels. 7. Usually, if you have fewer then 5 references, I'll ask that you send first. We will come up with an agreement. I've traded something with every person on my "Good Traders" Page and have traded with everyone that has a link put on my page. 8. MOST IMPORTANT: I TRADE ONE EVENT PER DISC/TAPE! I usually will want one event per tape, unless we agree otherwise.
Q: How much do discs cost?
A: One disc $4, two discs $7, three discs $9.
Q: Are there certain tapes you do not sell?
A: Yes, I do not sell any copyrighted footage. Some tapes are just listed on my site for reference only
Q: How can I pay?
A: I accept cash, paypal and money orders. No checks please. However, I am not responsible for cash not received or stolen in the mail.
Q: What do I get when I order an event on dvd?
A: You'll get the event you ordered recorded on a high quality DVD+R, DVD-R or blank VHS. I use tapes like JVC, Fuji, Sony, TDK and Maxell Silvers to record. For DVD, SONY and Memorex.
Q: How long will it take to get my video(s)?
A: By the time I get your payment, about 3 to 5 days. I use first class shipping with all trades and orders. Any other method of shipping or insurance will come at your cost.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
A: I use a Sony HiFi Stereo 4-Head VCR model for a player, and a Panasonic HiFi Stereo 4-Head model for a recorder. I also use a SIMA video stabilizer, along with high quality recording Monster Cables to prevent quality loss. These can be extremely valuable to you, as your tapes will be pretty identical to mine. FOR DVDS...I have a new SONY RDR-GX330 DVD Recorder, as well as a DVD Lite Burner on my PC.

Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
A: If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me so we can work something out. I will send replacements back to you. Please check the quality of all videos before you buy. I am here to satisfy you, the common tape trader.
