Our cub-reporter asked one NL (Neighborhood Leader) from each Colony three important questions. This story is about what some of them had to say:

What Kind of "stuff" comes with the job? I.PPrivate From the Teens Colony said, "With the NL job I take responsibility for every Block in the hood." Most of the other NL's had the same kind of response.

Yet some had other things to say about the kinds of "stuff" that comes with the job, TwistedDemon Of Theater (Entertainment) had this to say, "Well making sure there is lots of communication.. tackling questions and passing the ones I can't answer on to our CD... working closely with the staff and trying to build relationships with them.. hiring peoples... contests..and a ton of fun."

The Next question asked was: What has been the hardest thing for you since you became a NL (Neighborhood Leader)? FROSTY5000 Of Unknown (a former NL) in Adventure said, "The hardest thing for me, would be the loss of a great staff member and friend. Many times people have had to leave due to RL situations, and when they leave, they do leave, and the hood as a whole has a huge loss."

Others were more playful with this question: Demolitionist Of Cyberhood/Rebels HQ, "Waking up for meetings and finding the time to do full hood sweeps."

The last question I asked was, What is the funnest part of your job?

Most of the NL's said similar kinds of things. Here is a comment from angellro of Inner Realms/Angels, "Best thing bout being NL is the reward that comes with it when you see people having fun and interacting with this world you've put such great time and effort towards. [This]Makes all the effort worthwhile to know you've made a home for someone."
