Matthew 24 (King James version):
"3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
This passage from Matthew is Jesus Christ describing events of the End Times, before the return of Christ. This prophecy could indicate that catastrophic events will occur in the world soon. Or the abomination of desolation could be Putin the Antichrist in Rome in November 2003, when there was a giant solar flare.
Joel 2:
"2:1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call."
This description by Joel is an Old Testament prophecy, that is generally interpreted as describing the same End Times events that Revelation describes, including the Battle of Armageddon.
Daniel 2:
"27 Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;
28 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
32 This image's head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,
33 His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.
34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
36 This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.
37 Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.
38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.
39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.
40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure."
This prophecy of Daniel, of the interpretation by Daniel of this dream of Nebuchadnezzar the King of Babylon, is a prophecy that is important to interpreting Revelation 13, that I discuss on the pages on
Russia and the
Elements, regarding the prophecy of the empire of the Antichrist being made of iron (Fascism) and clay (Communism). These empires in the future (from Daniel's time) were the gold head being Babylon, silver arms being the Empire of the Persians and Medes that conquered Babylon, thighs of brass being the Greek Empire of Alexander the Great, legs of iron being the Roman Empire which eventually became two Christian Empires in the West and East, and the ten toes are believed to be the future ten nation confederacy of the Antichrist, which I think is Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States led by President
Putin, likely Antichrist.
Daniel 7, 8
"7:1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.
3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.
21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;
22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

"8:1 In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first.
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it."
This dream interpreted by Daniel in Daniel 7 is of four beasts rising out of the sea, representing empires. The first three beasts are interpreted as being, again, the empires of Babylon, Mede-Persian, and Greek. The fourth beast with the iron teeth is the empire of the Antichrist, note that it has 10 horns. And the beast in Revelation 13 actually combines features of these four beasts. Daniel 7:24-25 and 8:23 are interpreted as describing the Antichrist, in 8:23 as a "king of fierce countenance", which would describe Russian President Putin, the likely Antichrist.
Ezekiel 38, 39
"38:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.
10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:
14 Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?
15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:
16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face.
19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother.
22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.
39:1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:
3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.
5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.
29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD."
In Ezekiel 38, 39 an invader from the North, usually believed to be Russia with several Arab countries also, attempts to invade Israel, but is destroyed. I think that this is actually the Battle of Armageddon, as described in Revelation 16.
Prophecies in the Psalms
In J.R. Church's excellent book "Hidden Prophecies in the Psalms" (published by Prophecy Publications, 1990), J.R. Church discovered a pattern where events in years in the 20th century correspond to Psalms of that year number (Psalm 48 corresponds to year 1948, for example), from the point of view of Israel and the Middle East. For example, as discussed in this book:
--Psalms 37-43 are generally either sad and/or discuss evil, and thus are related to the German persecution of the Jewish people during 1937-1943.
--Psalm 45 is happier, with the defeat of Hitler in 1945.
--Psalm 48 refers to Mount Zion, and is related to the establishment of the nation of Israel in 1948.
-- Psalm 67 would correspond to 1967 and Israel conquering Jerusalem then).
Can this pattern shed some light on our suggestion that Russian President
Putin is the evil Antichrist of
Revelation 13, whose number is 666? Yes, I think it can: Putin was born in 1952, and Psalm 52
fits this pattern, since it appears to be talking about the Antichrist. Psalm 52:
52:1 "Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.
2 The tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.
3 Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness. Selah.
4 Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.
5 God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. Selah.
6 The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him:
7 Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.
8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.
9 I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints."
The words in Psalm 52 certainly would apply to an Antichrist: "O mighty man", "Thou lovest evil more than good".
And can the Psalms help us predict the future?
-- Psalm 104, which would correspond to 2004:
Psalm 104 may be describing the
comets seen in May 2004:
"104:2 "Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who strechest out the heavens like a curtain:"
And a large earthquake occurred in December 2004, that caused the tidal wave that hit Indonesia: (King James version)
"104:32 "He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke."
This pattern may continue with Psalm 101, since September 11 occurred in 2001, and Psalm 101:8 "...cut off all wicked doers from the city of the Lord". Could that be about New York City, which is a very religious city, having two great cathedrals.
And the Psalms pattern may agree with the predictions for future years on this page, for year 2020 - 2030, corresponding to Psalms 120 - 130. And even up to 2050, corresponding to Psalm 150. See the

-- Psalm 113: Could it be about 2013, "The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens." "...to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth". Note that there was a bright comet in March 2013 and also November 2013.
-- Psalm 122:3 "Jerusalem is builded as a city". Could this be in 2022 Revelation 21:2, 10-26, where a New Jerusalem comes down to earth from outer space. Apparently an alien UFO invasion installs this giant city on earth as a new world headquarters, with the returned Christ as lead alien.
-- Psalm 123:1 "Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens." Alien invasion?
-- Psalm 127:1 "build the house" - building of the New Jerusalem in 2027? A new reorganized world, after alien invasion?
-- Psalm 128:5: mentions Jerusalem. The building of the New Jerusalem continues in 2028?
-- Psalm 150: Refer to Psalm 150: "in the firmament of his power". About alien takeover of earth, completed in 2050?
So the Psalms may have prophecies describing world events over 150 years from 1900-2050.
Prophecies in the Psalms on the United States
Starting from 1783 when the U.S. got its independence from England, count years so that Psalm 1 corresponds to 10 years, 1793; Psalm 2 corresponds to 20 years, 1803; etc.
If the Psalm number corresponds to historical events in American history.
1814 War of 1812 with England 31 years Psalm 3:1 "...they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me."
July 1863 Battle of Gettysburg in the American Civil War 80 years Psalm 7:9 "O let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just"
October 1929 Stock market crash began the Great Depression 146 years Psalm 14:6 "Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor"
1944 World War 2 161 years Psalm 16:1 "Preserve me, O God:"
2023 alien invasion of earth? See the calendar page. 240 years Psalm 24 "The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein."
The Bible Code
The "Bible Code" should also be mentioned here, which is a way of looking for hidden prophecies and passages in the Bible, by using a software program to search for messages in the Old Testament Hebrew text. The spaces between words are eliminated, so that the Old Testament is a continuous block of Hebrew letters. Then, by skipping letters at a programmed interval, the program searches for words. There appear to be patterns to the passages where the words are found.
This method was popularized by the excellent book "The Bible Code", by Michael Drosnin. He also has a second book, that is very interesting reading: "Bible Code II: The Countdown", by Michael Drosnin, published by Viking Penguin, 2002.
And Michael Drosnin's third book on the Bible Code was published in 2010: "Bible Code III: Saving the World", by Michael Drosnin, published by Worldmedia, 2010.
In "Bible Code II", Michael Drosnin had these Bible Code prophecies:
-- There is a steel or iron vessel of great importance, that sounds like it is on the idea of the Ark of the Covenant, that is buried in Jordan on the Dead Sea, in Lisan. It has not been discovered yet. Also in this Bible Code are the words "obelisk" (which exist in Egypt), "iron vehicle", and "code key". Could this be something like the Stargate?
And in "Bible Code III", it is predicted that there is a danger of an Al Qaeda or Isis caused nuclear war. But it also predicts that President Obama may have prevented this nuclear war. .
These 3 Bible Code books are very interesting, I highly recommend you read them.
And concerning the possible buried object of great importance near the Dead Sea in Lisan, Jordan, see my page on
geographic coordinates patterns, my ideas could help locate this object. I would guess that it may lie exactly on a line at 10xPi North, 31.4159... degrees North. And East it may be a 144 exact degree shift from Lordsburg, New Mexico, or the comet Hale-Bopp discovery midpoint, as I discuss on that page. I would generally look on a line at 10XPi North in that Lisan area of Jordan, and in the Dead Sea there also. See the geographic coordinates page for more explanation of this.
