About The Show

Once apon a time there were two men (Michael and Joey)in love with the same woman. They each had a fling, separated, and moved on with their lives. Several years later, the woman dies and at the reading of the will it is revealed that one of the two men is the father of her 12-year-old daughter Nicole and that both now have custody of the child. So they all live together although their personalities clash. Michael is conservative while Joey is free-spirited. The Judge who gave them custody also lived in their building and dropped by often, kind of serving as a mother to Nicole. The two dads had to learn how to deal with Nicole's rebelious, teenage behavior and troubles. Then-teenage heartthrob Chad Allen (Dr. Quinn, Our House) played the boy that Nicole wanted to be with while Giovanni Ribisi was in love with Nicole.
