Lilac Tort Jersey WoolyThe lilac tort is a very beautiful color when correct. Most "lilac torts" do not have much or even any of the fawn sadle, and end up looking like a lilac sable point. I am working on a true Lilac Tort Jersey Wooly coloring. I am looking for other breeders willing to work on this color also. Currently I do not have any to pass on to other but I hope to have some soon. If you are breeding or interested in breeding this color please let me know. Gingers_mum@excite.com

Lefty
Here is Lefty, my first Lilac Tort. She has a white foot but that has not in any way affected the beauty of her coloring, and she has never passed on this affliction. She is a perfect example of the coloring I am breeding for. |
Baby
Here is Lefty's baby, Baby. She is going to be a perfect Lilac Tort, she has none of her mothers faults and much better fur. The problem with Juniors in this color though is that they are very faded and do not get their beautiful bright coloring until they get older. She is 8 weeks old in this picture, has an amazing body and beautiful fur. Baby's father is a chocolate. |
Lefty and her Baby
Here is mother and daughter together. You can really see how much darker Lefty is. The lilac points show up more blue in these pictures, but believe me they are lilac. |
