Well, I have come to a couple conclusions:
#1:Filecards are a pain in the butt to make
#2:They take up a ton of room on a webpage
Because of this, I will just be typing up a quick summary rather than produce a full out filecard.
The B.A.T.s have always been an inexpensive way for Cobra to fight their battles, but the many, many losses of androids over the years put quite a financial strain on the organization. Hence: The B.A.T. 3.0 It is a Battle Android Trooper similar to it's predecessors, only it had enhanced artificial intelligence, programmed fighting ability and marksmanship, and the ability to self repair with common battlefield junk. The result it a more expensive, but much more capable fighting machine.

Their modified intelligence chips and skill parameters make controlling them and guaranteeing their success a lot simpler of a process. Yes, they are much costlier to produce, but the payoff is worth it in the end."
