FLASH
I have decided to buckle down and do what I wanted to do, which is recreate the entire original G.I. Joe lineup as they might appear today. Of course, I only have certain parts to work with, so we'll see how it goes.
The first one is Flash, the Laser Trooper. For some reason Scoop's head just screamed FLASH to me, so I used it and the helmet to go along with it. Then I mixed in some CORPS parts (which I don't usually do, but...). I'm fairly happy with the result.
