SIDEWINDER
Sidewinder is the Cobra Firebat 2 pilot. Pilots are drawn from the AVAC Corps. The first week of training involves living inside the Firebat 2 for a full week, including all meals and sleeping arrangements. This is meant to make the pilot more comfortable with the plane's surroundings. The Sidewinders are fearless, merciless killing machines, created only to shoot down other planes. The Firebat 2 isn't even equipped with an ejection seat or break-out tool. The Sidewinders are one with their plane...when it goes down, so do they.
