In this episode, Robin Mattson appeared for the first time in Santa Barbara. The character of Gina Blake Demott Capwell had been played by Linda Gibboney from the episode # 39 to the episode # 347 (1984 - 1985). Robin Mattson was recast as the new Gina and she played Gina from the episode # 348 to the last episode # 2137 (1985 - 1993).
