PAGE 5 Progress up to 31 Jan '05
Update 31/01/2005. Plenty has been happening in the last couple of months. I have since had the back window scuttle panel replaced, and also had the rear tail light panel replaced. It was easier than repairing them. The whole rear end has been trued up and had all the panel gaps lined up. Now the bootlid etc sits perfectly. The right quarter is now done, the left is allmost done and the beaver panel inside and out is just about done now.
Firstly...Body Work, Starting with pics showing the new back tail light panel and drip rail corners fitted. Then showing the back panel after it was virtually re-worked into the correct aspect and shape. (Both these repo parts were poorly made, and were a poor fit and cost me quite a lot of time and money fixing).....
These last two pics show how the rust repairs were done by a previous owner, and how it is now re-done by my panel beaters. These guys are so fussy, and it's costing a fortune, but the results speak for themselves!!.....
