Judy Garland
(Frances Gumm)
Born June 10, 1922. Died June 22, 1969. I have been an devote Judy Garland fan for about as long as I can remember. I suppose it all started with "The Wizard of Oz." I mean who couldn't fall in love with that movie!? Anyhow, these are just a few pics of her that I've picked up amongst my net travels. Hope they can bring as much joy to someone as they have to me. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all be a little more gentle with eachother, and a little more loving, have a little more empathy, and maybe we would like eachother a little bit more."
-Judy Garland "Somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high,
There's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby.
Somewhere, over the rainbow, skies are blue,
And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true.
Someday I'll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me.
Somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly,
Birds fly over the rainbow,
Why then, oh why can't I?
