And for the venue manager 1. The staging will arrive at the venue at about 9am and the rigging crew will expect eight crew to be there 2. 50 kilos of dry ice ( Cardice) pellets/chips at each show to arrive no later than 4pm 3. A fully qualified electrician, fully conversant with the venue to be in attendance at 11am , 4pm and at least half an hour before the programme begins 4. A constant supply of hot tea throughout the day 5. Meal to be ready at 5.30pm 6. Your representative should be available all day 7. Sound checks at approximately 4pm 8.Four fire extinguishers suitable for eclectic fires to be available on stage |
