Another Night... Another Bat... I wouldn't have thought a sequel would have came out so soon, especially after Ebert has such bad things to say about Bat 1. Apparently two bats flew in the door on sunday night when it was left open. Same BAT time , Same BAT place I was haunted by either:
A: a 'spectre' or 'ghoul' if you will of the original Bat. or
B: a vendicitve friend/family member of the original Bat.
I may never know the truth.
Now that I have become a seasoned veteran of Bat Ambushes I had a much quicker reaction time of running into my parents room. Except this bat threw in a wild card of following me into there room. As I turned the light on I saw the winged demon swoop inches away from my dads face just as he woke up. Thankfully my mom wasn't there or me and the bat would be toast. Like the Bat-Knight he is, my dad reached for his tool of justice- the blue broom. I escaped to the bathroom while my dad and the Bat had an epic duel. I heard my dad making the final blows on the Bat... and I knew that the second consecutive night of terror was over. My dad had slain the second bat, he was sent not where nice rodents like Eddie Valiant and Mr. Perfect go, but to Bat-hell
I don't know how I'll be able to sleep tonight, but if there is a another attempt at my lfe I am going to take matters into mine own hands. After work today I am going to find a broom I can call my own. Lets all hope that this tale of terror doesn't become a trilogy.
