I was once a little pledge and i loved every minute of it. Here are the sisters of the Xi class on big/little day. That day was a blast. We had gone about two months without knowing who are big sisters were. But finally with a grade scavanger hunt around campus we were greeted with the sister who had taken good care of us through the pledge period.
