She opened her eyes, but her vision couldn't penetrate the dark. She felt a hand begin to gently caress the side of her face, and in that instant she knew it as the hand that had touched her so many times before. She uttered his name, and saw his face amidst the darkness. He was her Angel, her guiding light. She smiled, knowing this must be a dream. She reached a hand behind his head..her fingers running up into his hair, and wrapped her other arm around his waist..her hand resting on his back. She gently pulled him down into a kiss - passionate and intense - and they continued to lower their bodies until he lay upon her. Their souls filled each other with each breath, unlocking that which hadn't been touched in so long. She was so enwrapped in the sensation of their kiss that she failed to notice him slowly, gently removing her clothes. Her soul called him closer, as he kissed her neck, along her shoulders, behind her ear...slow, gentle kisses. She felt in heaven as she pressed his body closer against hers, now aware that he was without a shirt. His arm moved behind her back, and he held her close to him..never ceasing the kisses he placed upon her skin. She reacted to each touch, whispering his name and calling him ever nearer. His soul obeyed her call. She felt material moving against her skin, his pants slipping off. Love and passion flooded every part of each, calling - always calling - to the other. His lips moved gently over her skin, breathing her soul in. She was aware of nothing but their two souls, so close amidst the darkness. So close, so near, and ever wanting to be closer. Closer... They were both soon aware that the material barriers seperating them were now gone..leaving nothing but them left..leaving everything left. She moaned; she could feel him near her. His other arm moved behind her, and held her close. They were so close... The love, the passion, was all-consuming. It blazed inside of them, and always longed to be within each other's soul..within their love. They panted, their breath upon each other. She moved her hips upward, and felt her soul flood with emotion as she began to take him within her. Their kisses continued to be breathed upon each other's skin as she took him in further, her soul intermingling with his. They held each other close, and they didn't - couldn't - hold back. Their souls became one, always were one. The intensity of their love, their passion, their fire..it all filled them. Their souls were each other, thrived for each other...and nothing else could ever hold such intensity. The light - the purest light of love - washed over them..surrounding and filling them...mind, body, and soul. Eternally. They touched the heavens and reached the stars, their love stronger than the heat from the life-giving sun. The love's intensity grew with each moment, each breath. And the curse fell...broken. Not the curse that blessed him with a soul, and thus their love..but the curse the curse against them, that had for so long sought to tear them from one another...to end their love. Even when the act was finished, love's light remained forever in their hearts..forever in their souls. They fell asleep, encircled in each's arms..which held an undying love. Sleep overtook them before they could realize that this hadn't been a dream. Love had won.
The Forces watched down upon the two souls, who had unknowingly overcome all adversity and broken the curse put upon their love. Love had overcome, love had triumphed. Had ther ever been a doubt that it would? The Forces smiled upon the souls..as a heart - unbeating for many years - began to pump life-giving blood into the body which was becoming warm with life.
