~*'Helpless' Review*~

Giles was fired! How is that possible?! It's not right! It's..wrong! I bet *no one* was expecting this. He had to give her a bacteria to drain her of her powers because of a 'time-honored' test by the council. I *strongly* dislike the council. The demon she had to fight(powerless) escaped, kidnapped her mom, and she had to face it under not-so-great circumstances. She *did* kill him(in a *very* clever way), and passed the test. When Giles told her about it after the psycho-vamp escaped(even though he wasn't allowed by the council), she lost complete trust in him. I felt so bad for her, especially after her last birthday. No, Willow did *not* get raped(or even attacked. She wasn't this episode's main focus). Giles was fired for caring about Buffy like a father would, and not being clear-headed and all that. Willow couldn't get over it either. He's still the librarian, but he can't interfere with how the new Watcher'll do things(or do anything Watcherly). I don't know how he'll do it. Buffy thinks of him like a father, you can tell(she forgave him after he came to help her and got fired and all that). Angel and Buffy have *something* going(but they're not getting too 'close', if you know what I'm talking about). He even gave her a birthday present(some type of book, and I saw that he wrote 'Always' in it. Aww). He told her that he'd seen her when she'd been called(when she first found out about her destiny), and said that was when he fell in love with her. Well, that scene'll probably end up in my Favorite Buffy/Angel Scenes. To sum it up, this ep was great(but sad..very, very sad). Oh, and the infection was temporary(she'll get her powers back. If she didn't then the show would become pointless).
