Finger Jello
- 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin, such as Knox® gelatin
- 3 boxes (3 oz. each) gelatin dessert powder, such as Jello® - any
favorite flavor
- 4 cups boiling water
Preparation - In a large mixing bowl, combine the unflavored
gelatin and with the gelatin dessert powder. Add the
boiling water and stir until all the gelatin is
dissolved. Pour into a large shallow baking
pan.(9" x 13" or similar size). Chill until firm.
Cut into squares or cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
