Low Fat Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. minced onion
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation -
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
