Coleslaw
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation -
Grate or finely shred the cabbage. Combine all other ingredients & blend
thoroughly. Pour over the grated cabbage. For best taste, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
