Pepper
Cabbage
- 1 medium size head of cabbage -
grated
- 1 large green bell pepper or 1 red & 1 green small to medium size bell peppers - finely
chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation -
Whisk the sugar, vinegar, water, salt
and pepper together. Mix the grated cabbage and chopped pepper together in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the cabbage/pepper mixture. For best taste, refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
