For 2 pie shells or 1 pie with both a top & a bottom crust....
Preparation - For a pre-baked pie shell, roll out half of the dough. Place the rolled out dough in a pie pan and press it firmly in place with your fingers. Trim away the excess dough around the edge of the pan and flute the edge of the dough. Pierce the dough in the bottom of the pan several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 400º for 8 to 10 minutes or until the crust is very lightly browned. |
