• 1-1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
• 2-1/2 cups bread flour
• 2 tsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 T. salt
• 1 T. margarine
• 1/3 cup applesauce
• 3/4 cup buttermilk

Preparation -
Place all ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended in the appliance instruction manual. Set at the normal cycle and light crust setting. Makes a 1 pound loaf.
