Baked Chicken & Brocoli with Rice
- 4 chicken breast halves - boneless & skinless
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 box frozen chopped brocoil
- 3/4 cup long grain white rice - uncooked
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation -
In an oblong baking dish, combine soup, water and rice. Arrange chicken pieces on rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375º for 70 minutes.
