Barbecued
Spareribs
- 1 medium onion
- 2 T. margerine
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2T.Worstershire Sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. country style pork spareribs
Preparation -
Blend all ingredients except ribs in
a blender or a food processsor. Place
ribs in a shallow baking pan. Bake at
325º for 30 minutes. Revove from oven &
drain fat. Increase oven temp. to 375º. Pour
blended sauce over ribs. Bake 1 hour
longer.
