Preparation -
Lay sliced rolls, open, on a baking
sheet.
Place ingredients in this order across
both sides of each roll - 2 or 3 slices
capacola; 4 or 5 slices hard salami; finely shredded
lettuce; sauteed onion slices; creamy Italian
dressing; 2 to 3 slices mozzarella. Vary
amounts according to taste, size of rolls and
thickness of slices.
Place in preheated 450º oven, for about 5
minutes or until cheese is melted.
