Clam Dip
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 6.5 oz. minced clams
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onions
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- a few drops of Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1 T. mayonaisse
- 2 or 3 T. finely chopped parsley
Preparation -
Add onions and
minced clams to softened cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix
together; Refrigerate. Best served with Ritz
crackers.
