Baked Nachos
- tortilla chips - 8 oz. bag
- 1/2 cup refired beans
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup tomatoes - diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese - shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa - any variety
- 1/2 cup guacamole - optional
Preparation -
Spread an even layer of torilla chips in
a 9" baking pan. Pour cheese sauce and beans
over chips, spreading to cover evenly. Top
with jalapeno slices, olives, onions, and
tomatoes. Top with cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 5 minutes
or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour
cream, salsa and guacamole(optional).
