Apple Crunch
Pie
Pie Crust
1 1/2 flour
2 tsp.sugar
1 tsp.salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 T. Milk
Combine above ingredients & mix well. Roll, then place in an ungreased 9" pie pan. Flute edges. Set aside.
Filling
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 4 cups thinly sliced apples(about 4 medium size)
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix the above ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon into the unbaked pie crust.
Topping
1/2 cup Grapenuts or Rice Krispies
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 C. margerine
Combine above ingredients and sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 375º for 40 to 45 minutes.
