Peaches & Cream Pie
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 lg. can peaches (drained) or 2 cups fresh peaches (with skin removed and sliced)
Combine above ingredients, except peaches. Pour into a greased 9" pie dish.
Arrange peaches on top of batter.
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon on top of peaches to within 1" from edge of pan.
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 l/2 T. sugar
Mix together, then sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
