Jello Salad


  • 2 - 3oz pkgs.Jello...orange suggested
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 pint Sour Cream (low-fat okay)
  • 1 - 16oz can crushed Pineapple - do not drain
  • 1/4 cup Marachino Cherries -chopped
  • 1/4 cup ground or finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation -
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts. Chill until firm.
