Cranberry Gelatin Salad
- 1 pkg.(6 oz) cherry or raspberry
jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (20oz.)crushed pineapple
(undrained)
- 1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry
sauce
- 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes -
halved
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation -
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in
water. Stir in
pineapple & cranberry sauce. Refrigerate for
30 minutes.
Stir in grapes & pecans. Pour into a 2
quart serving
bowl, oblong pan or jello mold. Refrigerate
until firm.
