Corn Pudding
This is sweet and tasty enough to be a dessert, but its really a delicious side dish.
- 2 cups corn - fresh, canned or frozen
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs - lightly beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 2 T. butter
Preparation -
Mix all ingredients together except the milk and butter. Add the butter to the milk and heat until the butter melts. Add this to the corn mixture. Pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 375º for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
