SINGLE-HANDED FRENCH PRESS
****DO 16-20 SETS FOR BOTH TRICEPS AND BICEPS(TOTAL). DO
4-6 SETS PER EXERCISE. KEEPS THE REPS WITHIN 6-8.
****PYRAMID UP EVERY SET.
****DON'T DO TOO MANY WARMUP SETS
****TAKE EACH SET TO FAILURE
****LIFT EXPLOSIVELY
****CHEATING IS ALLOWED
****AS SOON AS YOU DO 8 REPS WITH ONE WEIGHT, GO UP. GO DOWN
IF YOU CAN'T DO MORE THAN FIVE.
