SO, Pikachu Genki Dechu means "Pikachu is feeling fine." Awwww....what a cute game! Hmmm...I wonder who this game is based on. Well, this game has spectacular graphics. And, it's sorta like Pocket pikachu. 
And you can communicate with you Pikachu with a mike. As in microphone. (in case you never knew that) And this game IS coming to North America. Translation is in the process.
