Every Eye Will See Him
In Revelation 1:7 the scriptures state:
Behold! He is coming with the clouds; every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and on his account all the tribes of the earth will wail.
Some people take this to mean that everyone will know that I am the Messiah. Perhaps they expect me to be visible to all and to do some miracle that will make all peoples believe. But is this what is intended in Revelation 1:7?
No, this phrase is a commandment that tells all who believe that they will see. Even those who have sinned, those who pierced me, have the ability to recognise me. The will not be exempt from the rewards of the Second Coming.
