The Midnight Chirra can create the atmosphere of 12:00 am. anywhere anytime. If you want to see what it's like at midnight on the winter soltice on the North Pole of the Isle's globe, for instance, you obviously can't go there, unless you spend several years crossing the oceans, and then have to guess at the location and watch it from you swaying boat! The Midnight Chirra can take 20 square feet and make them seem like you were there, the lighting the temperature, the amount of sound, everything. The Midnight Chirra can also sense when it is Midnight, and is often used by sorcerers and wizards to help with spells that require something to be done exactly at midnight. Midnight Chirras are almost nocturnal, they can stay awake during the day, but they really don't like it. They are rather wild and dreamy, but they will obey in important situations. They are usually female, though some can be male. They really don't like people, or other Chirras for that matter, because of this Midnight Chirras are almost always sterile, only the very rare males are not.
The peace horse is a very rare mutant with the ability to spread freindship and peace. They are incredibly choosy about who they bond, and like to do a lot by themselves, they are sought after by travelers whose job it is to keep peace on the Isle. These horses are sweet tempered and a pleasure to ride or be around. They can make people in their area content and care free, and they help people to understand others. Peace horses can cool down hot tempers and strengthen those that are beat up. There are generally more males than females. The males are good at stopping violence, and the females are good at preventing it.
