So how do you profit from Your Web Presence?
Billions of Dollars are being made every year over the Internet.But if you don't meet the above criteria, all is not lost. There are still many ways for you to profit from your Internet Business Venture.
If you have your own business, there is probably no cheaper, more far reaching place to promote it than the Internet. Your own Webpage(created either by yourself or a professional) can be hosted on many sites (often free of charge) across the WWW(World Wide Web). It's then just a matter of attracting people to your site. Refer to the Promote Page and Advertise Page for ideas on how to do this.Become an Internet Affiliate Many Internet Trading firms offer Affiliate or Associate Programs. Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Go, Priceline, Xoom, and many more companies will pay you a referral fee (often a sales percentage) for sales you send their way. A banner or link on your Webpage advertises their services, if your visitors click that link, and then make a purchase, you just made some money. Some will even give you a cut of the profits generated by sales from other Affiliates you have referred. Check out the Associates Page for more info on companies offering these services.Join a Multi-Level-Marketing Program There is a vast range of Internet based MLM's. You can market anything from cosmetics and herbs through to Web-hosting services or training courses. Many are low cost (a small fee per annum or per month) and offer reasonable potential rewards. Just be sure you are prepared to commit for an extended period of time, and to put the groundwork in. Very few people become overnight successes in MLM, though it does happen, but most will take a considerable time to establish their business. But remember that when it established you are set for the long haul, and the workload will vastly diminish, even with you continuing to grow your business. Check out the MLM Page for further details and some suggestions.Click-Through Banners Similar to an Affiliate Program, you advertise someone else's business on your Website. The difference however is that you get paid for the number of people that click-through on the link rather than generated sales. Easier but rewards are often lower, 10c or 15c per click-through. The advantage is if your site is limited in the tastes of your viewers it is easier to find click-through banners that may interest them, or use in combination with Affiliate programs so you have a two edged sword, so to speak. Some click-through agencies are listed on the Banners Page. You may even swap banners through an exchange program, so that click throughs you get, give you banner ads on other sites to increase your traffic.Get paid to Browse the Web Several Companies pay you to have an advertising bar active on your desktop while you Surf/Browse the Web, others to read targeted email. Not only are you paid for your hours, you also get a percentage of the hours for people you refer. Check out;
