Foreign Policy

Uncle Sam and his Comrad went out on a stroll one day. This is what occurred: He slapped him on the back and reminisced about the "good old days". "Remember when……? Sorry about the spies, but you were untrustworthy in those days (testing one, two, three….are you getting this?), I mean yeah, we're friends! You can trust me. Get rid of some of that awful artillery and then we can share this Kosher pie I just baked. You need a fork and knife? I'll only give you the fork. We're friends remember? Do you mind putting on this outfit? I got it in your size and I think it suits you fine, oh, don't forget the commemorative ribbon! Make sure you smile when the cameras take our picture shaking hands. Don't worry about Chechnya. Ha Ha, what troops? As long as you give us oil, and as long as you watch my back but say nothing and do nothing while I play risk, then we'll do just fine. Cold war has been long forgotten, but just remember we won, ok buddy?. Mind if we share a couple satellites?"
