One of two Fokker -50s operated by Sudan Airways till 1998. The
company was the first to fly the famous Fokker F-27 "Friendship" in
Africa. Six blade turbines and a "glass" cockpit distinguish the 50 from
its predecessor. In Sudanese service, the Fokkers were the workhorse of
the company, flying routes within the Sudan.
