Local History

The Gamma Nu Chapter of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority was founded by 27 woman at SUNY New Paltz on February 5, 1989. The chapter was established on the SUNY New Paltz campus on April 30, 1989. The founding president of the Gamma Nu Chapter was Robin Shapiro. Our Sister Chapter is the Gamma Beta Chapter at SUNY Albany.
