These are just some of the organizations that I am an active member of. If you plan on or already affiliated with an organization please be active. It makes no sense to work hard to achieve membership then do nothing once you are in. If there are problems within your organization-FIX IT! It does no good throwing stones from a glass house. So don't do it! Also, your organization should be like your family. DO NOT discuss family business with anyone that is not "family!" Discretion is the key!

I have been an active member of O.E.S. for almost two years. O.E.S is a very special part of my life. It has brought joy to my life. I love the bond that I have with my fraternal sisters & brothers. Afrikan Residents Association (ARA) was established to help Black residents at SFSU adjust to college life. ARA also helps students become more politically aware of important issues that effect our community as a whole. ARA has put on such powerful programs as Race, Religion, & Politics, Women in Prison, and Education a Right or a Privledge, just to name a few. Socially ARA has put on a showcase of talents in the progam X-pressions as well as the Hip-Hop social. All of these programs have won awards and national recognition for there content and particpation at NACURH & PACURH. ARA also won RHA branch of the year for the 98-99 school year. There are many organizations formed to free Mumia. Do your research and find one that fits you. Regaurdless to whom work with - work with someone! We can no longer allow the government to lynch our people. Get involved before it is too late!!!!
