The inner and outer senshi are the sailor soldiers. The inner senshi includes Sailor Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus. And maybe you can also add ChibiMoon. While the outer senshi are: Sailor Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Saturn. Outer senshis possess more powerful powers than the Inners, but that doesn't mean that they are poor and helpless. Oh,and outer senshis are a bit older than the Inners.
