1) Place your back foot (left or right) on the tip of the tail (back of the board) to get a good pop.
2) Pop your back foot down and out for the best rotation or spin.
3) Guide your board up with your front foot (use a kickflip motion).
4) Let your board rotate between your legs.
5)Keep your feet in line with your shoulders.
6) Catch your board, then take the impact with your knees.
7) The ride on!
