Bloodhunts are not a matter to be taken lightly within the chantry of the Blood Nightz Clan. Only Pontifex Morbium {BN} or High Regent Angreal {BN1} may call a bloodhunt upon a kindred, or mortal. See Camarilla Traditions
Once a bloodhunt has been called, all Kindred should know these rules, or risk becoming the quarry of the next hunt. None may aid the fugitive or interfere with other hunters. The blood hunt is a matter of justice, not sport or friendship. Helping the criminal in any way is considered a crime.
The Masquerade must not become a victim of the hunt. It is vital to realize that it does no good to bring the criminal down, if a greater crime is committed in doing so.
Each member of the Blood Nightz will do their utmost to never rest until the offender has been brought to his/her destruction. No leniency, no remorse shall be shown. Upon the destruction of a kindred, all of the Blood Nightz Clan will turn their back on him/her, and not a tear shall be shed.
If a Blood Nightz member finds one who has had the bloodhunt called upon them, and have the opportunity to destroy, they must have valid, legal scripts showing this kill. Three post, three action, with time for the other to respond. Talking is considered a post. Respect the rules of the room, and if you find yourself in a no-kill room, remember, patience is one of our strengths.
The Bloodhunt ends when proof has been given to the Blood Nightz Council that the quarry has been dispatched.
It is not considered cowardice to call for help from your family members, in fact, it will be looked upon favourably. We are Tremere, and do not take foolish risks.
