DEPOSIT CONTRACT
THIS DEPOSIT CONTRACT (hereinafter "Contract") is effective when signed below by BOTH Seller (hereinafter referred to
as "Seller" whether singular and plural ) and Buyer ( hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" whether singular or plural). The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:* When a reservation for a dog is placed, a $100.00 deposit is required, and is non-refundable.
* The Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
* If Buyer feels there is no show quality pup available out of the chosen litter, or the color or the sex Buyer chose was not produced, Buyer may roll deposit to another litter of Buyer's choice. Buyer may roll deposit two times and then deposit is
forfeited and this contract is null and void.* Buyer understands that others are contracting out of future litters and Buyer will be placed in pick order on the litter of Buyer's choice following those who have already contracted
*buyer understand that temperament testing will be done at the age of seven weeks. Seller will have the right to choose which pup will be placed with buyer.
* No dogs will be held without a deposit. Deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of the dog. * Buyer will write out a
check to ASCA and/or AKC for the cost of registering the individual pup. Members of ASCA need to write out a check for $10 non-members for $20. AKC check must be written out for $15. (If you want to be a member of ASCA please let seller know and we will get the papers for you.PUPPY ("pup")

Description of Show and Pet/Companion quality
Show/Breeding Quality: These are the pups we feel are overall physically and mentally sound and adhere to the breed standard. There are no disqualifying faults and hereditary defects affecting its suitability for breeding. They are sold on full registration papers. AKC and ASCA. They are sold on 24 month guarantees.
Pet/Companion Quality: These are the pups we consider to be not show quality. These are wonderful companions, but are not suitable for showing and breeding. These pups are not to be EVER bred. They are sold with limited
registration. Which means if they produce a litter their pups are not registerable through AKC, ASCA or UKC. These pups are sold on Spay/Neuter contracts. They are sold on 30 day guarantees.Buyer: ________________________________________ __
