Online Short Courses
Lets face it, we know that agoraphobia is a condition which takes lots of time and patience to overcome. One of the most frustrating and upsetting by products is a sense that we are missing out on life and opportunities. A sense of biding our time and having to remain patient.
Being housebound or limited doesn't mean that we have to put every aspect of our lives on hold. Use this time to enhance your skills, improve your skills. Its a wonderful way to focus on other things away from agoraphobia, and a fantastic way to build our self pride.
Since having agoraphobia I have learnt Braille, Auslan and deaf and blind sign languages. I attempted to learn Russian and to teach myself the violin and how to bellydance. Now im studying for my Certificate of Small Business Management through external studies at Adelaide Institute of Tafe.
