material and merchandising rights to Tupac Shakur's image as in
T-Shirts, Posters. Also demanded $7.1 million from Death Row for
not meeting its contractual obligations to Shakur. The Lawsuit
includes allegations that Tupac was unfairly charged expenses
such as child support payments for another Death Row artist,
Nate Dogg. Made in April 1997. The Lawsuit accused Death Row of
looting $50 million from Tupac Shakur to pay for Suge Knight and
others extravagant lifestyles.

Tupac's
biological father filed a lawsuit against Estate of Tupac Shakur
to get 50% of Tupac's estate. It was thrown out of court first
then a settlement of $540,000 plus legal fees of $350,000. Tupac
thought his father was dead until he got shot in New York in
1994.

Anderson was beaten by Suge Knight and Tupac on September 7th
1996 in the MGM theater the night Tupac was shot. Orlando
Anderson was a suspect in the death of Tupac but he was later
killed.

McNealey was shot and paralyzed at a Tupac concert in 1993 in
Pine Bluff, Ark. Fischbein. A stray bullet hit her resulting in
her being shot. A award of $16.6 million was overturned because
Tupac's estate was not allowed a defence. She later settled for
$2million

off duty policemen claimed they were almost hit by a car back in
1993. They got into a dispute with the driver and claim they
were shot. Witnesses indentified the shooter as Tupac Shakur.
"Criminal charges were dropped when it emerged that the
policemen had been drinking and had initiated the incident, and
when the prosecution's own witness testified that the gun one of
the officers threatened Tupac with had been seized in a drug
bust and then stolen from an evidence locker." One officer
was awarded $210,000.
